800 EFI no output from fuel pump. I have a 2011 Ranger Crew 800 EFI that quit today. I pulled the fuel line off and no fuel flow (or sound) when I turn the key on. Fuel Pump fuse is good. Had a local mechanic check the Fuel Pump relay, it is also good. Pulled the pump out and checked voltage on the pump side of the connector, reads .42 volts.Answers: No drain plug in tank. You’ll need to pull the in-tank fuel pump, with a strap wrench take the jam nut off and lift out the fuel pump assembly out. You’ll need to pull the filter sock off the fuel pump and soak it in alcohol. Using your shaker siphon hose and drain as much fuel as possible.Always follow the warnings and instructions in Owner's Manual.
