Maybe. Most 12.50 tires are designed for 8.5" width rims at minimum. 9-10" is recommended. Stock wheels are 8 inches wide. There aren't too many 12.50s that will fit 8" rims based on factory documentation. The Toyo R/T and M/Ts, for example, require an 8.5 minimum. I think 4.56 would be too tall, I’d recommend 4.30, good balance for towing and mpgs. Just an FYI I ordered Wicked Custom's 4" kit after reading that OP had no rubbing/trimming with 37x13.50 on 22x10 w/-24 offset. He may not have realized it, but the installer did some pretty serious trimming of the fender well. Notice in the pic that they removed the plastic guard, trimmed and rolled the metal back.

Yes, you'll need to move up to about a 4.30 gear to have the same drivability. I have a 2017 F250 6.2L 3.73 with the 275/70r18 tires. Those tires are basically 33's and it does just fine, but you would definitely want a steeper gear with 37's.
