Starting on Monday, May 15th I began experiencing excessively high ping and packet loss when playing Final Fantasy XIV. This causes the game to be unplayable for me as there is a large amount of rubberbanding along with actions either registering late or not registering at all.

To everyone with consistant STUTTERING each 1-2 seconds ( especially in cutscenes it's very noticable but also ingame when moving camera for example) i have found what seems to fix it.
