I had to reinstall the game multiple times trying to get Onedrive to NOT back up the file folder without success as I also use Onedrive for work. Specifying what drives to back up didn't work, nor specifying certain folders. It would try to fully back up every file for ffxiv and not let you delete them once you disable Onedrive.Basically the way I do it is I play FFXIV, take screenshots, log off, switch to desktop mode, plug in my phone, and transfer the files.
